Security & Anti-Fraud Notice

• All official payments are processed only through Cosmic Agency’s website.
• We do NOT request payments via personal messages, third-party wallets, or unofficial links.
• Do not trust anyone claiming to represent Cosmic Agency outside our official platform.
• Always verify you are on the correct website before making payment.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by payments made outside our official platform.

Client Terms

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
• Watermarked previews are provided for review and approval only.
• Unauthorized use, publishing, or distribution of preview files is strictly prohibited.
• Final deliverables are released only after full payment is completed.
• Each project includes a limited number of revisions based on the selected service.
• Additional revisions or scope changes may require extra charges.
• Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and feedback.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first are considered a violation of these terms.

Delivery & Ownership

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
• Ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
• Cosmic Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Editor Terms

• Editors must complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines.
• Delays must be communicated in advance.
• All client materials are strictly confidential.
• Editors may not reuse, reupload, or distribute client content.
• Watermarks must remain on all preview files until final approval.
• Payments to editors are processed after successful client payment.
• Professional conduct is required at all times.

Limitation of Liability

• Cosmic Agency is not responsible for platform performance (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok results).
• We do not guarantee views, virality, or revenue outcomes.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or business impact.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all provided content.

Final Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Cosmic Agency reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
