By engaging Cosmic Agency for services, submitting raw assets, or registering as a creator/editor on our platform, you agree to the following terms. These standards are built to protect project security, copyright integrity, and professional collaboration.

1. Security & Anti-Fraud Policy

• All project proposals, contracts, and payments must be processed exclusively through official Cosmic Agency channels.
• We will never request direct transfers via personal messenger apps, unverified crypto wallets, or third-party accounts.
• Always confirm you are interacting on our verified domain before submitting sensitive files or payments.
• Cosmic Agency assumes no legal or financial liability for payments or agreements conducted outside official platforms.

2. Client Engagement & Deliverables

• Advance Commitment: An upfront advance payment of up to 50% is required per project before editing, production, or timeline scheduling begins.
• Preview & Watermark Protection: Review drafts and initial revisions are strictly for client feedback. Publishing, clipping, leaking, or uploading watermarked drafts to social media prior to final settlement is strictly prohibited.
• Asset Release: Final clean exports (unwatermarked, full-resolution files, project files) are transferred solely after the complete project balance is paid in full.
• Revision Limits: Projects include the standard revision cycle defined in your service scope. Major pivots, post-script additions, or complete narrative re-edits are billed at standard add-on rates.
• Project Timelines: Turnarounds rely on prompt client communication. Unresponsive delays exceeding 14 business days may lead to project archiving or rescheduling.

3. Non-Payment, Leaks & Penalty Enforcement

• Unauthorized Publishing & Leaks: Any unauthorized upload, distribution, public preview, or leak of unreleased/watermarked work on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) will result in immediate legal takedowns (DMCA/Copyright strikes) and a contractual breach fine of up to ₹10,000 INR.
• Default & Fraudulent Non-Payment: Utilizing completed deliverables, attempting chargebacks, or defaulting on final payments while retaining agency work constitutes theft of intellectual property. The defaulting party will be subjected to formal recovery notices and a penalty of up to ₹10,000 INR plus outstanding invoice balances.

4. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

• Asset Ownership: Full usage and commercial exploitation rights to final deliverables transfer exclusively upon receipt of 100% final payment.
• Raw Media Rights: Clients warrant that all supplied raw footage, graphics, audio, and brand assets are legally cleared for commercial editing and distribution.
• Portfolio Showcase: Cosmic Agency retains the right to showcase completed works, cuts, case studies, and performance metrics in its public portfolio and agency social channels unless an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed in writing.

5. Editor & Creator Network Standards

• Confidentiality & Leaks: Editors have access to proprietary client assets. Under no circumstances may an editor repurpose, leak, resell, or distribute client media. Unauthorized disclosure or asset leaking makes the editor liable for liquidated damages of up to ₹10,000 INR and immediate blacklisting.
• Cosmic Quality Standard: Editors agree to follow the agency's strict visual hierarchy, pacing rules, and brand style guides on all assigned tasks.
• Compensation: Editor payouts are cleared and released promptly following successful quality verification and milestone completion.

6. Performance & Limitation of Liability

• Cosmic Agency designs content engineered for high retention and conversion; however, we do not guarantee algorithmic virality, fixed view counts, or platform revenue.
• Cosmic Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party platform actions (such as account shadowbans, copyright strikes from client-supplied assets, or platform policy updates).

7. Website, Recruitment & Firebase Services

Candidate portals, job applications, account authentications, and test submissions operate on Firebase infrastructure. Access to confidential candidate data is strictly enforced based on role-based authentication rules.
