2. How We Use Your Data

• To scope, produce, edit, and deliver agreed digital and video production deliverables.
• To manage client communication, contracts, milestone progress, and invoicing.
• To authenticate and maintain candidate accounts, training progress, and talent placement via our recruitment portal.
• To safeguard against fraudulent interactions and unauthorized access.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Third-Party Services

We rely on enterprise-grade cloud services to manage user verification and asset storage safely:

• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore: Handles secure login sessions, encrypted candidate data, and job applications under strict Firestore security rules.
• Cloud Storage: Client footage and final renders are stored in access-controlled environments accessible only by authorized production team members.
• We never sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Retention & Your Control

We retain project media and account details only for as long as necessary to fulfill service agreements, provide customer support, or satisfy accounting and legal obligations.

You may request a copy of your stored personal details, update your account information, or request the deletion of your candidate profile by submitting a formal request via our inquiry portal.
